Even though this hotel isn't located in the most central location in Taipei but its only 1 stop to taipei station. The environment is extremely quite since its where lots of the government offices are located at. its only a minute walk to the MTR station. Rooms are clean and spacious. pleasure to stay at

The hotel is better known to the locals as "Lai Lai"(來來-- for 喜來登as Chinese for Sheraton). It was comfortable to say the least and the decor was contemporary yet calming, especially at night. The hospitality staff was very welcoming and friendly, like the rich heritage and culture. The location was very convenient, just right by the subway and in the... More

Stayed here for a few nights and would stay here again in an instant. Room rate was reasonable, room wasn't huge but was very clean and comfortable. But my favorite things were the rooftop pool (I was there in July and it was crazy hot, and not one other person used the pool while I was there) and the buffet.... More

I have stayed at the Sheraton once a year for the last 5 years. The price has gone up since I started visiting Taiwan so it is getting harder for me to stay here. There doesn't seem to be a really nice alternative in the neighborhood and this is where my customers' office is located. I was picked up at... More

I prefer the Sheraton / Westin properties over all others. It is my 'go to' hotel chain because you can count on the cleanliness, courteous - helpful staff, well appointed rooms, great gym facilities and this location is no different. They also have a great buffet style restaurant that would satisfy the pickiest eater, including halal options. Centrally located to... More

This review is way overdue. We stayed here for one week in Jan 2013 with our 2yo, who fell sick and threw up on the bed. what could have been our worst night ever was somewhat made better by the excellent service provided by the night staff. They were really super. Kudos to the night manager and his asst who... More

Although it looks dated from the exterior, the interior of the hotel and the rooms looks modern and renovated. Service is excellent from the concierge, to the bell boy to the room service staff. The location is very central and the Shan Dao Temple Subway Station is just 50 metres away. It's also less than a 10 minute walk to... More

We've stayed at this hotel three times in the last three years. Basically whenever we visit Taiwan. Somehow we've gotten room 721 twice (a junior suite). Each room has its own wifi signal, so it was interesting when some of our older devices auto-connected to R721. The rooms are well appointed. Good beds and baths. They've got the electronic Japanese... More

I am travelling very often because of my job, and always pay corporate rate in the hotels, which make some of the hotel staff dislike me and other people from my company. I got sick and had to contact doctor when I arrived in Taipei, and expecting rather cold treatment from hotel staff I hesitated to ask for help. But... More

Stayed two nights for a business visit. Hotel is great with a remarkably friendly and service minded staff. Used their laundry service which is a bit expensive but high quality. Central location for business and pleasure.
