Stayed there for 3 night, was attending an exhibition. The hotel was quite charming actually, with the piano and the color and the spa scent. Got an upgrade to a business deluxe room, very spacious, clean, very comfortable beds. Would stay again for business. more

Stayed here for 3 nights in early August 2009. Very helpful checkin staff, superb room, very clean with good in-room facilities and fast room service. Great breakfast and bars etc. Gym was superb as well. All in all really good hotel. more

Past its heyday and overdue for a refurb. Only modernisation was an LCD TV. Overpriced internet (but which hotel isn't?), rooms are large but tired, comfy bed, skimpy on toiletries/bathroom utilities (no toothbrush, no razor, one bar of soap). Spacious room with the sitting area separated from the sleeping quarters; big comfy, fluffy king-sized bed; huge bathroom... We got an upgraded suite as a Starwoods Preferred Guest Member.
