We decided to book Chengdu Hotel because we saw the good comments of it. We booked it as early as possible and it came out that we were confirmed, staying in the hotel for 4 nights. Our first day of the trip, we arrived Chengdu Hotel at 12pm which we were told that we were too early for check in... More

My brother book this hotel for our family trip...8 people total for 2 huge room. To be honest I read mix review about the hotel at first I was pretty concern. But it turn out to be quite decent. The location is very strategic, just around 6 min walk for ximen station. Not easy but is not too difficult either... More

Pictures of rooms on the web are far off from the reality! Smelly room! Bad service at the front office! Breakfast sucks! I don't even consider this as a hotel! It looks more like an Inn! Do not recommend!

We stayed in a family room of 4 on the 6th floor for 1 night. Not too bad, there is at least a lift. When I feel like exercising, I can use the stairs, Room is clean, just sufficient for 2 large luggages and 2 medium luggages with some leg space. Insufficient hangers and no safe. Location is just 10-15... More

If I can give a negative rating I would. First of all, the hotel I booked was at the main hotel (Chengdu road), for 3 pax, 5 nights, upon arrival, hotel reception told me they were fully booked and offered another "suite" in their neighboring property at Kunming road. Offered no explanation except that i booked via expedia, a third... More

The hotel is very near to the Ximen metro station, as well as eateries and cinemas. Its location is superb, not too near the crowded noisy areas, but near enough. The breakfast is more than sufficient even with picky eaters like my kids. Not so nice would be the thin walls which means you can hear if the next door... More

I booked a quad room for four days. They only allowed check in at 3 pm but they allowed us to leave our bags at the reception area. The breakfast was okay but i find it boring after eating almost the same breakfast everyday. I went down at about 8 am but it was fully filled and there was no... More

we booked 2 rooms from different websites, checking in on different dates. got one room in the mail building and another in the annex building. Stayed there for 6d5n in total. I was satisfied with my room in the main building but my friend in the annex wasn't very pleased. They found that the 'front desk', lift and corridor to... More

This was my first trip to Taiwan and I stayed here for 4 nights based on a recommendation from a friend. The room was decent enough but it would be great if there were proper storage to keep our clothes and travel documents. The bed wasn't very comfortable. I booked a double bedroom but ended up getting a 2 twin... More

This hotel was recommended by our host in Jiufen after we found out that we would be stuck in Taipei for another two days due to typhoon Usagi. Ecfa is located right in the centre of Ximending, perfect for those who love eating and shopping! How I miss those two nights eating and shopping till late and not needing to... More
