Staff was friendly and helpful, I arrived at 11pm and the check in was quick. Also for checking out was impressive. I ask the reception to arrange a taxi for me the morning before depart at 5am. When I went down to check out the taxi driver was waiting for me and there were no additional charge. Love it!

The only reason they don't get 4 stars is because of the noise. The hotel is located at the corner of two major streets with heavy traffic all the time. The rooms are small but what do you expect to get when you are located within less than 5 minutes walking distance to Taipei 101 and you pay about US$100... More

We stay in this hotel during our June 2014 trip to Taipei. I want to share a few finding. The room is small but functional. The safety box is a joke - Why? I just sit freely on top of the ice box, so, people can take the entire safety box and walk away. The bed is firm, but it... More

This was the hotel we stayed the first night (and second) when visiting Taipei in May 2014. It was booked on line through Expedia. We did not have a clear idea the configuration of the room. My friend picked us up in the airport and delivered us to this location. We saw the sign, but, couldn't find the entrance. Good... More

I'm not exactly impressed by the hotel, but here are what I perceive as the pros and cons: Pros: - Location! 5 mins away from Taipei 101 station. Lots of buses. Very convenient. - Good price for the area - Prompt response to issues - they come up and resolve it quickly - Rain? Borrow and umbrella from the front... More

First impressions were not great with a very unwelcoming reception area but things improved dramatically once we went to the room. OK so the room is small as everyone has pointed out but it's clean, tidy and very well appointed. Breakfast was limited but what was on offer was more than adequate for the couple of days that we stayed.... More

I did book this hotel too fast through Agoda, because I was travelling, and I ended up in a room without window because I didn't check it properly... but of course this has influced my staying there anyway, the hotel is clean, a bit noisy, the breakfast is poor, I expected a bit more

Traveling from the US, I was quite surprised by this little gem of hotel. It puts you smack dab in the middle of Taipei within easy walking distance of the subway and some tourist attractions. The rooms have a Euro-feel to them and are very small, if not claustrophobic. Also, the showers have a full-length window to the outside (albeit... More

Pros: - comfortable bed - nice view of 101 from our room (but our other friends didn't have it) - very convenient, 5 minute walk away from Spark club, mitsukoshi and bellavita. also close to mrt station - free wifi - modern decor -clean, kind of Cons: -small room with see through toilets and shower. They used a curtain to... More

Haven't figured out why Taipei hotels don't give the traveler any place to set a bag other than the desk, and only 2 hangers? Rooms are cramped but the view we had of 101 was spectacular. Breakfast was mediocre, totally lacking in enthusiasm; watery scrambled eggs, rice congee, pale tasteless bread, dim breakfast room. Staff was efficient. It's all about... More
