Hotel location is convenience; it locates just opposite to the station The décor looks good but service needs improvement. We checked in at 9:45pm and found weird sound from air conditioning, reflected this problem to the front desk and asked for room change. They told us to turn down the air conditioning and said would solve the problem. Followed what... More

Honestly speaking this hotel didn't deserve the price we paid for(4000+ NTD/night). It was as if the walls were made of cardboards and we could easily hear what was going on outside of the room. The carpets were old and dusty and smelled kind of funky. The room was a very basic room, comprising a 20"(or so) TV, a cupboard,... More

Never been a hotel like this one, so dirty, extremely small, noise (staff) at night and the staff was so lazy and ask us to take the bags to concierge and store inside. Even the hotel is closed to MRT, pls don't choose this hotel. It is very very dirty (with ants). The wifi was free but most of the... More

This is my second stay in this hotel, due to its perfect location (i don't like to walk a long way to the hotel with a big luggage) and of cox its quality. The room I stayed in was a family room (for four persons), it was a bit old and worn-out, but both the room and the bathroom were... More

Wanted to try out staying in beitou rather then coming here for a day trip. Service was so so. Rooms were huge but the tub was a little old and run down. Plus point is the location which is jus 5min away from the station. Overall average experience, nothing special especially the service.

Superb location - 5 mins walk from Xin Beitou station. The room was surprisingly huge - twice as big from what I'm expecting, more than enough to accommodate a double bed plus a single bed. Good for family. Breakfast was include - simple Chinese food. Hotel is quite old but famous with local people. I would try another hotspring hotel... More

The hotel is close to the subway station. The building looks ok from the outside, but the facilities inside seem a bit old. The ventilation is bad so you can smell the moist and wetness of the room (because of the in-room hot spring facility). Glass door and window between the bedroom and bathroom (only partially frosted), can see clearly... More

Location:less than 5 minutes walk across the road from 新北投 (Xinbeitou) station. Nearby: Unfortunately, delays and shorten day time din allow me to explore the touristy places such as the public hot spring bath, museum and geothermal valley further from the station. There are two 24hour 7-11 stores and fast food joints such as KFC, Yoshinoya and MOS burger. So... More
