We are currently staying at this hotel, when I first arrived I was disgusted by the smell of the room, the manager came and sprayed up the room which it only helped for 30 mins!! It is actually really depressing!!! The low ceiling is making it worst!! and when I saw the bathroom, I was actually shocked!! The condition of... More

The hotel is in great location, quick walking distance to Daan MRT station, it's near bank where we can get currency exchange at compatible rate, and close to shopping (Malls & Night Markets) & restaurants in town. The room we were initially given had order as if someone smoked in the room (non smoking rooms). When we called the front... More

We booked the Hope City Fushing last minute because we had a hard time finding a room for New Year's Eve in Taipei. I have to confess, I was a little nervous after reading some of the other reviews... But it turns out my fears were unfounded. Actually, I was quite pleasantly surprised. The staff greeted us warmly and offered... More

Clients booked us in here as it caters to business groups. Staff is extra attentive. Interiors are clean but dark. Looks a little run down in places I.e. cracked tiles, broken bathroom door. Breakfast was the bomb! Would stay there again if they would throw a little money at rehab.

This is indeed a value for money hotel. The room is cosy with one of the most spacious toilet i have been for a while. The front desk staff is very courteous and helpful making my stay very pleasant. Breakfast was minimalistic but good enough. The location is also in the heart so good range of shops around the vicinity.... More

I was ripped off in the first place as I booked hotel really late for the 2013 New Year event in Taipei, Taiwan. Rooms are very expensive, USD1,156 for two rooms two nights, for the quality (but so are all the rates for the New Year's Eve all over the country). Staff, very friendly; room, ok size but def bring... More

The problem with this hotel starts with one that is common to many hotel in Taipei. It was built with central controlled air, where the hotel push out a single temp air and you can only control the amount of air you get. This should be fine as Taipei have mostly warm condition through out the year. Now, if there... More

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel , 10th floor facing the front ( main street below) . The room was quiet and undisturbed by the light rail system below . The room air condition is effective , the room internet wi-fi was fast . A small and cosy hotel with a nice coffee Lounge on the ground floor ,... More

Pros: Comfortable and relatively convenient especially if going along the Muzha MRT line (e.g. to Zoo, Neihu, Maokong etc). But for other lines, you need to change in Zhongxiao Fuxing (1 stop). Free business centre but only 2 computers and I wasn't able to print anything. A convenient store is just on the same block. Cons: Not a very well... More
