This is one of many hotels in the Beitou area offering hot springs. In this case the hot spring bath is in your room so it makes It very private and relaxing. The rooms are rather old fashioned but the beds are very comfortable and there is a wide choice of items at breakfast - which was included in our... More

Cons 1. Smell of sulfur can be quite overpowering at times. It doesn't make one feel good to sleep in it, especially more so for the nose-sensitive. You have been warned. 2. Room was quite small & looked old. Washing basin was rather far from the toilet. 3. Reception staff was not professional in handling phone inquiries. I had even... More

A small and lovely hotel, not fancy at all but providing reasonable level of service. We stayed there 3 nights, as starting of our 7 days trip in Taipei. Room size was not big and need some maintainence work too. Staffs were all friendly and willing to help. We love the big round bathtub in room providing hot spring. Hotel... More

The hotel is convenienty located very near the Xinbeitou MRT station, hence taking the train to do sightseeing is easy. It is also near convenience stores like 7Eleven and other eateries. A few minutes walk away are the Beitou Thermal Valley and the Hot Spring Museum. The beautiful bath tub inside the hotel allows you to enjoy a hot spring... More

This was the last room available when we booked 3 nights. A little concerned as to size of bed, etc from previous reviews. So first of all: if you and your bedmate like each other, appreciate physical contact, and weigh a combined 330lbs or less, you have nothing to worry about. The room is clean, but spartan. There are no... More

The best hotel I have ever stayed in Taipei. The service is good, the staff is polite and helpful. I love the room and the design. The Jacuzzi bath tub is great after a day of walking! The huge tv screen, the firm but yet comfortable bed. The great breakfast - jap, amercian or beef noodles! The shuttle service to... More

This hotel is up to top of the Hot spring of Xinbeitou. Our room is spacious and the built in hot spring bathtub is separated by thick glass panel. Breakfast is good. Overall we enjoy our stay in this hotel. We stayed only 2 nights and we will be able to enjoy the mixed of Japanese and Taiwanese culture in... More

Me and my friend checked in here for one day to enjoy the hot springs of Xinbeitou (新北投). The hotel is located on a mountain and the lobby looks really fancy so our first impression was good. While in our room we saw that the bathroom is not separated from the bedroom - there is a huge gap where the... More

As this is a hot spring hotel it actually smells of sulfur everywhere, which i personally quite particular about smells. Good thing is you get to have personal inroom hot spring (in the bath room) instead of sharing the public one, and it take sometime (at least 15 mins) to fill the tub. Quiet environment and relatively reasonable room size.... More

Room not big, quiet and staff are helpful. The room I stayed is underground floor, no window. The tv is small and not clear, placed beside the bed. In front of bed is basin and mirror. Just feel like everything not in the right place. A bit worry with its safety especially in the room with all the wall just... More
