the room is good, service is great, and the breakfast is delicious, very convenient to go to night market nearby and 101.I booked a twin room and a double room. I stayed in twin room, which is very spacious and have jacuzzi bathtub, double room a bit small if compare to twin room. I also can see 101 from my... More

I stayed in this hotel twice during a recent trip to Taipei. In both instances I found the rooms to be comfortable and stylish. The beds were very large and provided a good nights sleep, with effective air conditioning included to keep you cool on hot nights. The hotel is in an excellent location; less than 5 minutes walk from... More

Firstly, i came to Taipei with a group of friends and only for the weekend. We weren't expecting to spend too much time and money on the hotel when we know we're going to only have a few hours sleep but at the same time cannot afford to stay at W Hotel and Grand Hyatt, nor willing to stay in... We always chose this hotel every time when back to Taiwan visiting families, for its convenient location and reasonable price (relatively lower price in Taipei 101 area). Thus we have stayed several types of rooms. They have 2 building which are attached together and each has its own entrance and reception. Inside, they are connected at ground floor. In general,... Superb Service!! A 3.5 star hotel with 6 star service. They have all the amenities that a hotel should have (toiletries, towels, safe, vanity table, night lamp etc). The room has ample space to move around with flat screen TV with cable channel. Free wifi and free use of business center. The staff is extremely helpful and all have a key... More

Fairly central location in downtown Taipei. The hotel itself is quite old. I think they have made an attempt to cosmetically "upgrade" the rooms but even this upgrade is probably more than 5 years old. The bed was comfortable. The staff was pretty friendly. Everything worked fine. The price we paid wasn't cheap but maybe it was just the time... More

This hotel is close to the business district of Taipei and was pleasantly surprised to find their rate reasonable. This is walking distrance to major tourist attraction in Taipei - the Taipei 101. The rooms are on the small side but the hotel is generally clean and complete with the usual conveniences you would find in major hotels. They have... More

A good place to stay that is affordable in the expensive city. The Charming Hotels are a chain of service apartments situated right in the heart of the Taipei city with walkable distances to Metro railway stations and they provide all the necessities without compromising on luxury. The rooms are cozy but the spaces of rooms are bit small, so... More

This was my first trip to Taiwan and my work booked the hotel. It was pleasantly surprised. It was quite nice. I didn't get out all that much due to work, but when we did go out it seemed like everything was pretty close to the hotel. Check in took a while, but the service was quite good.

The hotel is pretty decent in terms of the outlook. However, location is not that fantastic. According to reviews, it seems that the hotel is quite near to MRT. This is not true at all. U need to walk min 20 min to reach the nearest MRT. Near to 101??? Even when we take a cab, it takes us 10... More
