First time staying at this hotel located probably a good 15minutes walk from Sogo in Taipei. My room was clean and functional, the bed was good but the pillows too soft. I but did have issues with the Internet on laptop laptop. Breakfast was only so so mainly because the hot food was cold, but probably ok if you like... More

When I checked-in on my stay, the concierge team service there would definitely compares equally to a much more expensive hotel. Their service made my visit felt very pleasant. Room and its amenities, in my opinion, gave us no unpleasant surprises. I would definitely come back for the same price when I stayed the last time. Reasonably good-value.

Stayed there for three nights, actually i was forced to stay in this hotel, i was expecting more in terms of services, you will face some problems in delivering your need or request in English language, what i noticed that there is no "room service" menu, i looked in every single part of the room but couldn't find any thing,... We stayed for 1 night and had a very nice experience. The location isn't great, but it is within walking distance of the subway. The hotel is well maintained, clean and the room we stayed in appeared to have been recently renovated. We were given tickets to free breakfast buffet which was decent and had many different breakfast foods from... More

I stayed here for 1 night on business and find the check in was quick. Room size and design were pretty good. Wifi was complimentary and reasonably fast. The hotel was a good 15 minutes walk to sogo area which is good for shopping. Breakfast was ok with noodle, porridge and eggs as well. Overall, would recommend this hotel for... More

I was a bit hesitant about this hotel after reading some mixed reviews. We had a corner room which was large, nicely decorated and very clean. bathroom was also of a good size. Breakfast was varied and nice. Location is very convenient and near Da an Park. Highly recommended

We had a corner room and stayed for ten days. Room was good and big enough, which apparently isn't always the case in Taipei. Location really good for metro, Sogo department store (very nice food hall in basement) and Da'an Park and a ten minute walk to the excellent Din Tai Fung restaurant. Stayed as a family and swimming pool... More

I stayed for five nights at this hotel and found it to be very good value. Rooms are good sized ( a lot of places, especially newer ones tend to have quite small rooms), very comfortable and well laid out. Service was very good. he Japanese restaurant was quite good. The fitness center worked surprisingly well for how little space... More

This was an overnight stay as part of a cruise and cycling trip to Taiwan and the Okinawan Islands. After the flight from Singapore, it was great to be able to check into a nice hotel featuring a hot sping bath (which is what the area, Tansui, is known for). The room was fabulous and having two tubs allowed us... More
