I stayed here for 1 night on business and find the check in was quick. Room size and design were pretty good. Wifi was complimentary and reasonably fast. The hotel was a good 15 minutes walk to sogo area which is good for shopping. Breakfast was ok with noodle, porridge and eggs as well. Overall, would recommend this hotel for... More

I was a bit hesitant about this hotel after reading some mixed reviews. We had a corner room which was large, nicely decorated and very clean. bathroom was also of a good size. Breakfast was varied and nice. Location is very convenient and near Da an Park. Highly recommended

We had a corner room and stayed for ten days. Room was good and big enough, which apparently isn't always the case in Taipei. Location really good for metro, Sogo department store (very nice food hall in basement) and Da'an Park and a ten minute walk to the excellent Din Tai Fung restaurant. Stayed as a family and swimming pool... More

I stayed for five nights at this hotel and found it to be very good value. Rooms are good sized ( a lot of places, especially newer ones tend to have quite small rooms), very comfortable and well laid out. Service was very good. he Japanese restaurant was quite good. The fitness center worked surprisingly well for how little space... More

This was an overnight stay as part of a cruise and cycling trip to Taiwan and the Okinawan Islands. After the flight from Singapore, it was great to be able to check into a nice hotel featuring a hot sping bath (which is what the area, Tansui, is known for). The room was fabulous and having two tubs allowed us... More

Great hotel... decent location with lots of restaurants etc just at the exit close by... also grocery stores just in case!! The only problem is that barely any of the employees speak english.... The rooms are comfortable and I managed to get a corner room with a great view on the 18th floor!! Watch out for some of the rooms... More

The breakfast is not good. The room is comfortable with spacious bed room & toilet. I can sleep well at there. However, the staffs needs to be more pro-active. They are helpful if I ask for help. i.e. pay more attention to the guest and ask the needs of guest.

the breakfast was bad coz it was always repeated and I stayed there for 6 days. See? prices are higher than I expected but the quality wasn't worth paying that much. service is pretty good because we demanded to change the room due to the toilet bowl problems, I guessed they kind of knew that it might be embarrassing to... A 16-year old boy who is 1,86m tall created a 5cmX5cm hole in the ceiling of his room while he was trying to open an umbrella. The Fullon Hotel Manager in Taipei, Ms. Sheena Tseng, charged us 18,000NT (443 Euros) claiming that the fixing period would be 3 to 5 days at least. We had to pay the repair cost,... More
