The breakfast is not good. The room is comfortable with spacious bed room & toilet. I can sleep well at there. However, the staffs needs to be more pro-active. They are helpful if I ask for help. i.e. pay more attention to the guest and ask the needs of guest.

the breakfast was bad coz it was always repeated and I stayed there for 6 days. See? prices are higher than I expected but the quality wasn't worth paying that much. service is pretty good because we demanded to change the room due to the toilet bowl problems, I guessed they kind of knew that it might be embarrassing to... A 16-year old boy who is 1,86m tall created a 5cmX5cm hole in the ceiling of his room while he was trying to open an umbrella. The Fullon Hotel Manager in Taipei, Ms. Sheena Tseng, charged us 18,000NT (443 Euros) claiming that the fixing period would be 3 to 5 days at least. We had to pay the repair cost,... More

I have to lower my expectation to make my 1 night stay pleasant. First of all, most of the service staff that I encountered here are not helpful and friendly, not service oriented and no smile on their face. Probably, this is not a tourist spot, pace is slower as compared to Taipei so not used to the warm hospitality.... More

First of all.. the rooms are spacious and modern. Very good ensuite bathroom, comfortable beds, and the location is also pretty good (not too far from 101, CKS memorial, DAAN park), taxis readily available to take you wherever you need to go. Also plenty of dining options available around the area. What wasn't great was the service level of the... More

Selected this hotel for the reviews and found the property was located in a great spot…The staff and service good… as for the food quality….go a la carte…the quality in the buffet said it all… there is so much good food in Taipei…go out!. The room was ok, decent amenities but well maintained. The spa and swimming pool and large... More

Good location. Near metro and restaurants. Week-end flower and plant shopping across the street. Friendly and helpful staff, will try to check you in early. if possible. There is a welcome drink at the bar, only good for orange juice, tea or coffee. Breakfast has good choice of food. Other restaurants inside the hotel are just OK, not recommended. Decoration... More

Stayed for 3 nights for trade fair. Good location within 10 minutes walk to Metro. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Large comfortable rooms, big TV with DVD player, really comfortable bed, armchairs to sit in. Bath and and seperate shower in bathroom, very clean and all amenties. Very friendly helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast.

I can't believe this hotel with cheap and accessible electronics and appliances in Taiwan do not have enough iron for their guests. How many do they keep? Warning: iron your clothes before staying here or book your iron ahead of time. Not good for business meetings.

I am here right now for the 3rd of a four night stay. The rooms are very nice. Front desk efficient and friendly. Very good central location but not all that many small TW eateries to eat around the hotel. The only thing really BAD is the doors all make a great bang when they close. So you will hear... More
