Stayed here for two weeks on business and found the whole place excellent. The rooms, which had been criticised by some here for being dated, was fine with comfortable furniture, a nice big bed, safe and plenty of hanging and drawer space (Note room lights are controlled by the panel on the bedside table - many of my colleagues were... I stayed here for around 4 weeks. The rooms are quite large, especially the bathrooms, which are gorgeous! I especially love the large showerhead, the giant wall-to-wall mirrors, and the dark wood paneling on the walls (the complimentary apples and water every day didn't hurt either! I didn't particular care for the pineapple cookies). The cable selection is quite large,... More

Husband had business at Tainan. Since the kids are now off from school from the summer he brought us along. We came and checked in rather late at night they were still gracious with our last order of the day room service dinner. Food was good. And Although some staff hardly speak English. You could tell they were trying their... More

I was recommended to stay at this hotel by local business I was visiting. Staff upon arrival was friendly and prompt with service. I was even offered an upgrade. Nice touch for a customer who was not a regular. Arriving the room furniture was old and decor for lack of a better term very 3 star hotel. Pillows are small... More

The outdoor part of hotel is very nicely decorated with a waterfall and a huge pool. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. Aside from this, there is really nowhere to go outside the hotel. You have to take a taxi if you want to go anywhere. Location is not really ideal if you are a tourist but it... More

The staff apologized because my room wasn't ready when I arrived. They gave me a complimentary welcome drink while I waited. Then they upgraded me to a nicer room. It was all very nice. The grounds are excellent. I haven't tried the pool or exercise room yet.

I travelled to the south of Taiwan with my family and my wife's family and stayed in Tainan because the location was central to the areas we were visiting and had more upscale hotels. My family had a comfortable stay in this hotel. The staff are very attentive and immediately greeted us at the entrance and took our bags for... More

I have to say the grounds of the hotel are very pretty and well done. The hotel itself is just ok. The WiFi was very inconsistent and my LAN line would not fit into the wall. The shower was nice but the bathroom was a little small. The worst thing for me was the breakfast I did not particularly like.... More

The hotel is not sitting on a visible location. As matter of fact, we were having hard time finding the hotel when we arrived. It is not located on Main Street; it is hiding in the residential area. After 2nd day of our stay, I found it’s a plus. It gives us the quietness away from the traffic and able... More
