The outdoor part of hotel is very nicely decorated with a waterfall and a huge pool. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. Aside from this, there is really nowhere to go outside the hotel. You have to take a taxi if you want to go anywhere. Location is not really ideal if you are a tourist but it... More

Good thing: - Staff are very friendly - Outdoor garden landscape very nice Dislike: - Furnitures are very dated - Linen/bedding sheet are very old - Bed is very uncomfortable - Room smells like mold - Carpet is not very clean - Setting of mini-bar is weird, cover door in one direction, mini-bar door open in the opposite direction -... The staff apologized because my room wasn't ready when I arrived. They gave me a complimentary welcome drink while I waited. Then they upgraded me to a nicer room. It was all very nice. The grounds are excellent. I haven't tried the pool or exercise room yet.

I travelled to the south of Taiwan with my family and my wife's family and stayed in Tainan because the location was central to the areas we were visiting and had more upscale hotels. My family had a comfortable stay in this hotel. The staff are very attentive and immediately greeted us at the entrance and took our bags for... More

I have to say the grounds of the hotel are very pretty and well done. The hotel itself is just ok. The WiFi was very inconsistent and my LAN line would not fit into the wall. The shower was nice but the bathroom was a little small. The worst thing for me was the breakfast I did not particularly like.... More

The hotel is not sitting on a visible location. As matter of fact, we were having hard time finding the hotel when we arrived. It is not located on Main Street; it is hiding in the residential area. After 2nd day of our stay, I found it’s a plus. It gives us the quietness away from the traffic and able... More

I stay here regularly on business and just love this place. Always given a warm welcome and well looked after. THe rooms are nicely furnished probably not in the most modern style but more classic. The Japanese restaurant by the swimming pool and located in splendid gardens is excellent. Classic Japanese dishes abound and prepared to perfection. Service is excellent,... More

My parents and my family went to Tainan for visiting and chose this hotel because of its beautiful yard. For my parents and I(Taiwanese), we All thought the room was in good size and beds are comfortable. We especially love the breakfast buffet. A lot of traditional Asian breakfast selections and among the those I've tried, they are all fabulous.... More

I had 3 days stayed in Queena Plaza Hotel for my business trip at Tainan. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room is big but the design is a bit old style. I like their garden very much, it's amazing and well maintained. Thumb up on the breakfast buffet. They provided plenty of choices such like western cuisine, chinese cuisine, japanese... More

Having come from Taichung and staying at The Evergreen Laurel, I felt like the Queena Plaza was a big step down in several ways, although a nice enough place. I mention The Evergreen as a comparison of another Taiwanese hotel. At the Queena, the room is small and so is the bath. The grounds behind the hotel are pretty and... More
