we negotiated the room to $30 and it was perfect. warm shower, generator at night so the lights stayed on. comfortable beds- perfect place to stay before and after trekking. they held our luggage and our valuables in a safe which we got to keep the key while trekking. very friendly and helpful management- highly rec'd! we'll be back in... more

We spent two nights at Base Camp and everything was fine. The location is nice. In the east part of the lakeside which in fact is just in the middle of everything in the lakeside area. This is a quiet place with and inside garden where the rooms faces. We had a room in the upper floor which was nice.... more
