I can only agree with the previous reviewer who has given all the relevant details. We stayed at the Dolphin in April 2009 (US$20.00) and it was really like a home away from home. The rooms were small but really clean as was the bedding and towels. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was delightful and a great time to socialise... more

Dolphin GH, Thamel, Kathmandu Back to this GH after several years in May 2007 and absolutely appreciated the owner's hospitality and honesty again! I was picked up at the airport and so didn't have to bother with all the touts. Surendra, the owner, organsed a ticket to Lukla for me and also got a better rate for foreign exachange. But... more
