I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" and that certainly applies here. Rooms were basic, beds fairly hard/lumpy, cleanliness factor somewhat questionable. We stayed in a deluxe room and paid $34 dollars a night. This gave us air conditioning which did work when the power was on.
