Their original property has good gardens, the back rooms are away from the traffic noise, and the lift usually works, but their annex has no lift, no nice rooms, bad air conditioning--and they try to shunt you off there if you got a good rate on your room. We just came back from our honeymoon trip today from Kathmandu and Pokhara. Kathmandu is a highly impoverished and chaotic city, but the people are very polite and the culture runs deep. The hotel is average; exactly what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Service is very good..and location is superb...we were close to everything....highly recommended for famililes. more
