The service by the staff is very good. The counter staff is not consistent in their customer service, they appeared to be providing excellent service but showed their negative facial expression when you ask them more questions especially when we need need or advise. They appeared to treat the "European" top priority.

“Where to stay in katmandu”

Shanker hotel is clean, comfortable and relaxing with friendly helpful staff. A beer by the pool in the garden area feels like an oasis in a bustling hectic city, I enjoyed being away from the crowds of Thamel (tourist district) but within easy reach only a 10min walk for restaurants or shopping.
