Great Staff, Very Nice Hotel, and Hotel Amenities. The only thing I might suggest is an in ground Whirl pool with a cover out by the main pool. The room it is in is too hot. The Hotel Staff was very good and the most courteous I have seen. The Laundry Service with same day turn around was very welcome.

Over all very good hotel. Airport to and fro transfers are very convenient provided by hotel. Excellent Breakfast spread, good fresh rooms but only in new wing. Friendly and courteous staff. Good pool and health club

This property is one of the better hotels in Kathmandu but it has to live up to the name. Areas that need improvement are the following: - The rooms in the hotel are have aged and are in need of some refurbishing. - The bathroom fittings need to be replaced (they are falling off!) - The fitness centre can use... The hotel is well situated but the old wing needs renovation. The new wing rooms are okay. Breakfast quality is very average. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi connection in the room is poor. The Italian restaurant is quite acceptable but you would mostly find yourself eating alone here.

This hotel is in the heart of the city and close by to all the main attractions. however once you are there you realize there are two buildings and Indians (I am one by birth) are treated differently and are put in the same building which does not have the swimming pool, printing facility.... and is definitely much below in...
