We stayed here but honestly I preferred the Hyatt. The bathroom was not as clean as I expected and the service was poor. The buffet breakfast was big but not tasty The location is good because is close to a lot of shopping places

My wife and I got stuck by an airline who "cancelled" our flight even thought it still went to Guangzhou. In any case they put us up and about 50 other guests at the Radisson in Kathmandu. The rooms were just ok. Shower had a dead bug in it (it is Nepal) and sheets looked clean but had an iron... More

The hotel, by Nepalese standards, is very good, but for international visitors needs to raise standards in some aspects. Sadly, it is also let down by its location - some 20 minutes walk from the main tourist area - and a dusty walk at that.

The way to the hotel is very rough. The hotel is not on any main street. Though the amenities are reasonably good the linen is quite old. They need to change their towels at least. The rooms are spacious but look very old. Need refurbishing.
