The lobby area was lovely and cannot be faulted. However the rooms are nothing special and certainly not even close to... more

This hotel is TERRIBLE. When we reached our rooms the smell was so gross we asked to switch, the bellman took us to several other rooms, all in various levels of stinkiness. We finally paid for an upgrade to the renovated wing - which was only slightly better. I mean, we've camped in the amazon (so you know we are... more

The place has a jaded look, its seems to be quite old and quite rundown. The Hotel needs to refurnish and re- design its interiors including bedrooms. Very old bedsheets and towels etc and feels like 2-3 star hotel. Hospitality was good and so was food. Good Indian and continental breakfast . The Indian Dinner we had at the Coffee... more

We stay here for few nights before and after the trekking. The hotel is near the royal palace, and there are a lot touristic restaurant near by. It is also near the down-town center. The hotel in general needs a deep-refurbishment, as it seems that just the minimum has been done to keep it going. The pool didn't look safe... more

Very central, next to nice restaurants and shopping facilities. Great breakfast buffet and spacious rooms. Business facility excellent, with wi fi access in rooms well fucntioning and uninterrupted power supply. Swimming pool looks inviting but never tried. Pricey but very comfortable bar in the lobby. Corteous staff and welcoming environment. Although very popular with fucntions, guests privacy respected. more
