The hotel was very accommodating, finding room that suited our budget as well as helping out with various aspects if our trip such as taxi, busses, laundry and more. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Kathmandu!

First warning - don't stay here when it is hot season! The air conditioner was connected to a power outlet that was shut off when we checked in (actually, all of the power was shut off when we checked in). When the power was restored in the evening after the scheduled daily power outage, we realized that there was still... More

I stayed here for 2 nights and I thought it was very good for the price. The people were friendly and helped me carry my luggage to my room happily. The reception and management team are quite good at English too. The food I ate, both received from the buffet and from individual cafe orders, was always served hot, fast,... More

I was in room no 404. Room was very neat & clean. Beautiful city and mountain view from the room. Hotel is in a good location. Many restaurants, market places, Cafe, Bar, spa etc are just a step away. I must appreciate the staff, they are really very nice and ready to help you all the time with a big... More

I stayed in the hotel in mid of Thamel, Kathmandu. The service is good and if one is fond of Momos and boneless chilly chicken, i strongly recommend to have a try here in the restaurant. Due to long power cuts all over kathmandu , it may be uncomfortable at times in summer. However for the price , the rooms,... More

the second room I received was on the middle atrium and the noise was horrible. The breakfast is okay, a cold buffet and one day about 50 East Indians came downstairs and took over the restaurant. As I sat by myself, some ladies sat their children down at my table and stared at me like I should leave. When I... More

On the positive side there was electricity from 6pm, hot water, polite staff and the sheets seemed clean. Unfortunately inconsiderate guests of the Indian group variety ruined my stay. The very loud air con and non functioning t.v.couldn't drown out their yelling that echoed throughout the hotel! 5 flights of stairs is good exercise but may not suit everyone.

My boyfriend and I lived our stay. We came back twice. Every time the staff made their best to help us regarding everything. They even made us a little bag with our inclused breakfast the morning we had to leave early for Pokhara! Yes there are power cuts but that is Nepal. The included breakfast has eggs, cereals (hot and... More
