The place is pretty rundown and could use some very basic repairs. The wifi worked MAYBE an hour a day. When I asked staff about it, the response I received was, "Yeah, sometimes." I ended up having to go to neighboring cafes to do my school work. After 8 days, I couldn't take it anymore and notified them that I'd... More

The staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel itself was clean but in need of some maintenance and general upkeep, the bathroom (really a wet room) especially needed a lot of work and the water was only lukewarm. This is an especially cheap hotel (£10 for a twin room with private bathroom). You pay for what... More

Stayed in a double room for 3 nights. The hotel is at the end of a street in Thamel, which is ok because the noice is not too bad. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was always very helpful. The rooms are a bit dark and musty. The wifi reached the rooms, and if you go all the way... More

Is convenient because is right in the middle of all the shoppings and restaurant but the hotel itself is old and dirty, not dirty as in rusbbish all over, dirty as in the curtains, towels, bedsheet all looks dirty even though is clean. The toilet is torn and breaking apart. The rooms is dark and the air con is noisy... More

Stayed here for a night before my trekking trip. Rooms are very basic, bathroom is old but has adequate hot water. Paid USD$40 for a room for two so can't complain too much. Hotel was nice enough to make a pre-pack breakfast as we had to catch a very early flight in the morning. Like most other places in Thamel,... More

We booked the deluxe room with free airport pickup and we email the hotel the details of our arrival by Air Asia and the hotel acknowledged our arrival. However there was no one in the airport to pick us up. We waited for about half an hour in the airport searching for our name card. One taxi driver helped us... More

Stayed here after an expedition because the original hotel we were supposed to stay in was booked. I was surprised: spacious room, very well lit and well ventilated, nice bedsheets and overall very clean. Bathroom was spacious and okay. Great hot shower, the best so far in all hotels I stayed in Kathmandu. Very nice and helpful staff. Good location... More
