we stayed at The Primrose Suites with friends whilst ministering at a local church in Kampala. Our stay was wonderful. The staff are so helpful and willing to assist in every way, the food is freshly cooked and we were treated royally. we will definitely stay here on our next time round to Kampala and Primrose Suites come highly recommended.... It was great to return to Primrose Suites to see that the high standards, I experienced five years ago, were still upheld. The hotel is situated in quiet suburbs away from the chaos of central Kampala. Rooms are spacious and clean while the bedlinen is of a high quality and the beds very comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly.... More

Tucked away in a pleasant and relatively quiet part of the city, Primrose offers simple but good quality accommodation. Rooms are generously sized, bathrooms are tidy and the whole place feels clean and well cared for. Staff are friendly an attentive and the food is good. There is free internet available. The only minor complaint after a hot day is... More

I have stayed at this hotel at least a half dozen times over the last 3 years and it continues to improve. Good staff, safe, clean, warm atmosphere and even the internet is now solid. Recommend it as the best "mid-level" hotel I have found in the big city.

The new chefs who are graduates from the famous utalii college in Kenya are doing wonders... The food is great waiter services are also improving so far so good... The management should look at... My family stayed in this hotel for two nights and I must say its a good value for money place... For the amount they are asking ... For a well carpeted rooms in a quiet serene area of Kampala... I would say its the place to be for those who are looking for a quiet Christian hotel . The Internet... More

I stayed here for more than a month, so got to know the place well. On the plus side: the rooms are as other reviewers have noted clean and big and the beds are enormous; front desk staff are very helpful. It's generally a very quiet place. But.... Internet worked maybe 3-4 days during the whole period I was there.... More

For $70 for a twin room this seemed cheap and so expectations were not high. But on arrival we were welcomed warmly. The rooms were clean, airconditioned and carpeted (a first in Uganda) - really comfortable. The pool was small but clean. I would quite happily stay here again - good by any standards.

Located in Bugolobi, very good value for money, spotless, quiet. There's a small swimming pool and gym. Breakfast is generous and you get a good selection of fresh fruit, bread, omelettes. Have also had several meals and they were acceptable to good, everything is home-made and I really appreciate it. Been here twice and experienced some technical difficulties during my... More
