Tucked away in a pleasant and relatively quiet part of the city, Primrose offers simple but good quality accommodation. Rooms are generously sized, bathrooms are tidy and the whole place feels clean and well cared for. Staff are friendly an attentive and the food is good. There is free internet available. The only minor complaint after a hot day is... More

I have stayed at this hotel at least a half dozen times over the last 3 years and it continues to improve. Good staff, safe, clean, warm atmosphere and even the internet is now solid. Recommend it as the best "mid-level" hotel I have found in the big city.

My family stayed in this hotel for two nights and I must say its a good value for money place... For the amount they are asking ... For a well carpeted rooms in a quiet serene area of Kampala... I would say its the place to be for those who are looking for a quiet Christian hotel . The Internet... More

I stayed here for more than a month, so got to know the place well. On the plus side: the rooms are as other reviewers have noted clean and big and the beds are enormous; front desk staff are very helpful. It's generally a very quiet place. But.... Internet worked maybe 3-4 days during the whole period I was there.... More

For $70 for a twin room this seemed cheap and so expectations were not high. But on arrival we were welcomed warmly. The rooms were clean, airconditioned and carpeted (a first in Uganda) - really comfortable. The pool was small but clean. I would quite happily stay here again - good by any standards.

Located in Bugolobi, very good value for money, spotless, quiet. There's a small swimming pool and gym. Breakfast is generous and you get a good selection of fresh fruit, bread, omelettes. Have also had several meals and they were acceptable to good, everything is home-made and I really appreciate it. Been here twice and experienced some technical difficulties during my... More

A peaceful and restful hotel in upmarket Bugolobi that is attentive to clients. Has large rooms with a good bed and linen. Toileteries are basic but there is hot water. Breakfasts are good. Dinners done on order and also very good; have huge servings of fresh fruit and juices. Reasonably priced @$70 for single B&B. A bit far from the... More

I stayed here for 5 nights in April '12 and felt it was really good value. Spotless rooms and the staff were very attentive. Definitely recommend this hotel as it is a very friendly christian community. P.L. Shipman Oxford Uk
