I stayed 4 nights and for the price it was ok. The personell is very friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is included and is tasty and generous so that you can consider it a full meal. There is wi-fi. The hotel is very centrally located, try to book a room not facing the main street but on the... More

The rooms (and we tried two) were pretty basic and clean enough. The room rate also included a decent breakfast. We started off with a room with a view that faced the park across the street, which was picturesque, but the nearby night clubs down the street were so loud until 4:00 AM that we didn't get any sleep. We... More

i liked everything, it is clean, cheap, nice city view and nice hospitality with nice breakfast but the breakfast is the same every morning if you are staying for more than a day, and the city noise which comes from the non stop taxi, bodaboda and other vehicle movements, as well the clubs down there so if you are ok... It looks scruffy from the outside but the self contained rooms are nice spacious and very clean. Good laundry service, good wifi and good breakfast (included). Internet cafe just one floor down if you need a computer. If you mind noise be careful when you select your room, some of them are extremely noisy. I'd avoid the restaurant, dark place... More

Stayed one night when I arrived from Kabale by Posta Bus..Excellent value for a budget hotel city centre, suprised how large the room was with ensuite bathroom which was spotless clean and had plenty of hot water. Fan in room did not work as electrical conection at the wall was loose .Comfy bed and pillow with intact mosquito net.My room... More

Ideally situated hotel, right by Constitution Square and the bus station. Cheap, clean and an excellent breakfast of fresh fruit, omelette, bread and tea. I didn't quite believe some of the reviews about the noise before arriving, but they are absolutely correct. Rooms at the back (i.e. not on Constitution Square side) are unbelievably noisy. Even with windows shut and... More

We stayed here on two different occasions. The first time we were there, we stayed on the street-side. It was noisy- but not nearly as noisy as the second time we stayed and had to listen to BLARING music all. night. long. Really, it felt like we were up in the club trying to go to sleep! It's really clean,... More

After three visits to the city in eleven years this is the best budget hotel I've found in the center of Kampala. If you are going to stay in the center you just can't beat the location on Kampala Ave. It is a 5 minute walk to the Post Office/ Post Bus station and the Old Taxi Stand, from which... More

This hotel has a fantastic location. The rooms are large, clean and airy, and great value for money! Free breakfast consists of fresh fruit, omelette, toast and tea, and the free wi-fi is an excellent bonus! The staff are all lovely, the only downside to this hotel is the noise. Rooms at the back have loud music playing and the... More

Occupying a good location across from the square the hotel is clean, with good hot water and friendly staff. We especially appreciated the late breakfast that they were nice enough to make us. The only major downside is the traffic noise, but it is to be expected being right on Kampala Road.
