have nice pool inside the pool and opted to have coffee late in day but waitress took so long everybody had finished their drinks before my coffee was even thought of.
the excuse was they were still preparing it.
toilets in ladies downstairs loo have no lights,doors dont lock ,hand dryers dont work and need a good clean.

My husband and I had just left one bad hotel so was pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful room with WiFi that worked, a refrigerator, great satellite tv, elevators and a great staff to sum it all up. put in this hotel on arrival in kampala. only two years old. basic rooms and bathroom and dining room very ordinary. staff not interested. agent could surely find a better hotel to introduce clients to uganda
