I spent two nights at the Hotel Belle-vue. I had travelled from Ghana with some friends for the long weekend. Overall, we were happy with our stay, though the prices seemed a bit high for what was offered. The Good: The restaurant was delicious. We had a variety of meals, all of which were quite tasty. It was not cheap,... More

We stayed for one night at Hotel Belle-vue. The plus: - nice location, quiet street - best restaurant in town with a kind service - management is listening to the need of the customers - the parrots To be improved: - Cleaneliness of the tables at breakfast would limit the number of flies around. - Cleaneliness of the swimming pool... We stayed there in February 2015 for a week. Airport pick-up worked very well. Although we arrived at approx 0.30, they had left the bar open, so we could stock on water and have some Castels. Rooms are basic but clean and vary in quality. 2nd floor seems to be better than 1st floor. Different quality results in slightly higher... More

Bellevue Hotel, Lome is in a good residential area not far from the Ghana/Togo border. Rooms are fine for the price and the AC worked well. The eating area next to a small pool is charming as are the staff. The Belle Epoque restaurant, which is part of the hotel, is outstanding. I enjoyed a really good dinner and breakfast... More

As has been noted by other reviewers, the restaurant is the selling point here. Bar is pretty sweet as well. Food, service and surroundings would be admirable in Europe but are an incredible treat after a long ride from Ghana, or Benin on the other side. Rooms are spartan, though clean, but I can only guess that this restaurant is... More

this is a very pleasant hotel and well situated. it is only ten minutes walk from the border. The restaurant was excellent but you have to pay european prices. The service at the bar was approximative though. the rooms were good but the pricing is really unclear. it depends were you are in the hotel - you will be allocated... More

As I wrote in another review, Lome's hotel scene is limited compared to other cities. The Hotel Bellevue is more like a guesthouse than a hotel (although it does have a restaurant which, as other reviewers have noted, serves excellent food). Staff are both friendly and professional. The rooms are adequate - quite old and the bathrooms in particular could... More

This was one of the most pleasant places we stayed during our two-week trip to Togo and Ghana. Reasons why I recommend Hotel Belle-vue: 1. We made a reservation, which was honored. When we showed up, they greeted us by name. 2. You can pay with Visa, which is a great when you are on your way to the airport... More

The hotel rooms are plain and nothing special at all. But that is the most negative thing I have to say. If you chosse this hotel, you are in for a treat, both on service level and food quality level (in the hotel (did not visit the pizza restaurant)). Friendly staff is one of my preference when staying at a... More

Although the hotel is good and I happened to visit two other rooms apart from mine, I must admit my room was not the best available ( Will comment in room tips). The restaurant is a great place to relax and has a very charming outdoor seating arrangement with two chirpy parrots who keep you company. The prices are decent... More
