Two days in April. Cute place with nice dining area and bar. Burning garbage nearby both nights blows across the eating/bar area, definately wasn't the burning tires down the road as that also has its own distinctive odor. Bars on the windows but a butter knife opens the door. They do have a locking closet and small safe in the... More

Really good hotel outside the center of lome. It's small and cozy in the middle of African life. We stayed across the "street" from the reception and that was really great, we borrowed some furniture from the "sea bars" to have outside. This location gave us a lot of new African friends that we spent time with during our stay.... More

A cosy small hotel along the river, the pool is small but pleasant and an oasis in an area with severe poverty, it shows…the restaurant and food is good and if you stay at the hotel it gives you a feel of safety. But just outside it very soon give you an african city with garbage and dirt everywhere, the... More

Stayed here on business for 2 x 3 day periods during a couple of weeks in August. Read the reviews on here but can't say I personally found the staff very warm or welcoming, apart from the restaurant manageress. Reception staff seemed uninterested and the restaurant staff spent most of the time talking at the bar between themselves and customers.... More

Lome is the capital of Togo, but there is very little site-seeing available. One day will do it for all attractions. I stayed at this hotel for six days and enjoyed myself. The staff are wonderful, from the cleaners to the bar staff to the wait staff to the front desk staff to the owner. I felt very safe walking... More

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights before traveling to town of Atakpamae, Togo. It was a quality stay. Booking was simple, with a quick email request to the hotel. It is 10 minutes from the airport, which is extremely convenient upon arrivals to or departures from the airport. Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The... More

I have stayed there for 2 nights and everything was fine. I booked room easily via mail, the staff was really helpfull during all my stay. Room was pretty ok, clean with comfy bed, AC and nice view. However, the internet connection was poor. The hotel is located a bit outside the downtown - thus it's really good place to... More

on the plus side: + first and for most price/value: in Lome you can stay either very cheap with very basic to no comfort at all or disturbingly expensive in former "luxury hotels" from the eighties. So Napoleon Lagune is a nice niche with all the commodities you'll need for a pleasent stay but still be affordable + the pool... More
