I used to stay in Rotana Khartoum since more than year. The best feature of the hotel and its management is service consistency. To make the long story short, its not easy to find error when you stay in Rotana Khartoum
Although, our branch here has booked me a room for a special rate, the nice lady at the front desk gave me their latest special. Last time i came here 7 years ago i stayedbat the very old Hilton and didnt have high expectations but i was pleasently surprised. Make sure you take enough cash, no credit cards accepted

Stayed for three nights. So kind service, very good gym and meeting room choices. Outdoor pool farely large. Location convenient near the airport, which is located in the one if the centers in Khartoum. Everything is working well, and assistance is anyhow available 24/7.

Superb hotel.Reception areas, conference facilities, bedrooms all 1st. class. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Restaurant staff attentive and quickly recognised you, thereafter responding to your known needs. Breakfast very wide choice and selections. Although near the airport I wasn't unduly conscious of noise within the hotel. It was ideally convenient for the airport.

The Al Salam Hotel is beautiful. But it's location at the far end of the airport makes its location less than desirable. Add to that fact that most flights arrive at 3 am and you have a recipe made for sleepless nights.
