Overall, I grew to find the Ninzi Hill Hotel very comfortable. But being from the USA, there were many adjustments I had to make initially and I will start with the negatives. There is no air conditioning and the days can be slightly warm in the 80s. Some of the rooms had oscillating fans and I was thankful for that but many in my party weren't so lucky and it made a difference. The beds are firm and the TV selections are very limited. The bathroom took a lot of getting used to as the toilet didn't flush very well and the shower temperatures went from one extreme to the other in a matter of seconds so it was a little tricky. The lighting was also very dim due to energy savings. BUT, this is a very small and simple establishment and the staff was very kind and personable. They created delightful breakfast and dinner buffets specifically for our party of 8 and yes, with 15 rooms total, we took half of the hotel.
