Have stayed thrice at the Lemigo this year, including using it once as a venue for a two-day conference with fifty people attending. No-frills, at times tacky, with good food, bad internet, polite staff and nothing earthshaking in between!

For Kigali this is a good hotel...other hotels in Kigali with big fancy names have nothing on this hotel. Being one of the newer hotels it has a modern feel to it but unfortunately it is not disability friendly. Too many steps and stairs and no elevator...a person with reduced mobility would really struggle at this hotel. The personnel are... More

I stayed here one night on Brussels Airlines when they cancelled my flight. Bed is very comfortable, room was spacious. I had a corner room and could open my windows over the balcony. But the shower leaked into the bedroom and there was always water on the floor. It was impossible to set it at the right temperature. Food was... More

This is the second time I have stayed here it is nice, central and the rooms are OK. Slightly expensive at $165 a night and the shower is pretty old and rubbish but the room is OK. The rooms come equipped with three packets of condoms and one bible - which was confusing slightly. The hotel has a Gym which... More

We stayed at the Mille Collines and Lemigo on consecutive nights in August, so this review is being posted under both hotels’ names. Mille Collines was slightly higher in price, but given the cost of a trip to Rwanda, the difference was negligible. Lemigo is nearer the airport and closer to government buildings; Mille Collines (of Hotel Rwanda fame) is... More

Lemigo Hotel is a very short drive from the airport. I checked into the hotel very efficiently. My bags were looked after by the porter and I was offered refreshments while I completed check in forms. The room is comfortable, but perhaps not as nice as other hotels in which I've stayed on business trips. I liked that the mini... More

I just spent six (6) nights staying at lemigo Hotel in Kigali, Rwanda. Rwanda is still in a transition from the 1994 genocide and this includes transitioning from being a Frncophone country with French speakers in western-oriented hotels to having English speaking staff available. Fortunately, lemigo is one of the hotels which seems to have successfully made that transition and... More

Lemigo was a very popular hotel in Kigali going by the fact that there always seem to be quite a few meetings and conferences going on during my 5 days stay there. The hotel was well-maintained and room was relatively large. I considered the breakfast's spread very poor compared to similar class hotels in Namibia and Botswana. Not only that,... More

stayed for 3 nights on a business trip. Good hotel with a good choice of restaurants (chinese, indian, European cuisine). The break fast was ok. Rooms with all the facilities including free wifi access.

I loved this hotel, service was excellent, electrical adapters provided in room, rooms clean, wifi efficient, breakfast was excellent. Very good entertainment in the evening by the pool. Only drawbacks were that I was propositioned by a prostitute twice before I even got checked all the way into my room. I note this in case of travelling with family :)
