Hotel is ok, but a bit noisy at night. Casino and bar on the top floor seem to be the big draw, which will lead to loud music between 10pm and 2am. Breakfast was basic continental and was ok. The staff tried, but overall the hotel is dated.

Stayed here for 3 nights. They picked me up at the airport, and dropped be back free of charge. Got free wifi. Breakfast was also included. For the price of standard room, they gave me a room with a really nice view of the city on the 7th floor. Pretty good value for the money.

the rooms are very very spacious compared to other hotels in the city. in between airport and city. staff is helpful. the TOP FLOOR BAR gives the best view of Kigali city specially just before sunset. breakfast ok ok. wifi is good.
