A gathering of duplex Bungalows on a gated compound. 24 hr guard force that remains somewhat alert at night. The compound is concrete walled on 3 sides; but the backside is a fence made out of sticks. Hotel has a centralized check in office with an attached restaurant. The hotel is fine. i havent stayed in others in Niamey but I would stay here again jf I return. It's on the edge of town, close to the US and others embassies, but near a local military base so it's considered pretty safe. The rooms are cute, clean, with televisions, AC and hot water. Rooms are old and very degraded, smelly and not proper clean. I had to change for a bungalow room those where better but however not satisfied. To have a meal you have to order with 2h in advance and still have to wait at least 30 min for your food, I pre-order a grilled fish and I got a fried... More
