This was my first time in Niamey so I have nothing to compare it to. The hotel was clean and there was hardly any power cuts. Rooms have air con which was great as it was 42 degrees when I was there. It says that they have a pool but it wasn't cleaned very much and did not look appealing... More

I started my stay in Niamey here. After only three nights, I moved to another option as this hotel is too expensive for the quality it offers. On the positive side, the hotel is close to the Maison de l'ONU and has decent security. Apart from this, there is really no reason why you would want to stay here. The... More

I stayed at Homeland for 4 nights for work and was happy with my stay. I took the cheapest room available which was 55,000 CFA. Hotel was quiet, reliable hot water and WiFi worked well (although I had to change connection points a few time). I have nothing to compare it to in Niamey but for a business is felt... More

In its category this hotel is very good. My room was just upgraded a few days/weeks before I got the chance to spend four days there. There were other rooms just being renovated during my stay. The results are good: nothing luxorious but quite comfortable, although the quality of the work is not perfect. The restaurant and its chef are... More

The friendly staff make staying here a pleasant experience, even if there are some shortcomings in the facilities. Most of the rooms are small, and mine wasn't very well built: the bathroom window wouldn't shut, which let the mosquitos in and the door didn't fit the frame properly. There was no natural light in my room as the windows opened... More

PROs. Actually there are not so many advantages to stay here and I only stayed here because Terminus was fully booked. There was a small refrigerator in the room that worked and bottled water was supplied. There are sufficient electrical sockets but a multi-plug would be useful. The room had a desk and TV. The bed was firm and acceptable.... More

As the major hotels were full we stayed here during our First trip to Niamey. The hotel is very well located in a very safe area. Hotel is good... even though the rooms were clean, they were not cleaned properly the next day. Very limited options in break fast. They have very small swimming pool too. The staff were o.k...very few... More

The hotel offers good exterior security conditions and a location near to a couple of good restaurants, shopping, and government buildings. The rooms are clean, the staff friendly, and the laundry quick and cheap. On the negative side, the Internet connection is slow and the breakfast is close to inedible, with only instant powder for the morning coffee, A dinner... More

Could not recommend this hotel to anyone - had to go to the local Total garrage down the road to purchase some snacks as there WAS NO FOOD that I could eat!! If your choice of food is: Liver with carrots and peas or liver with lung and heart on a stick - then this is the place for you!

Very clean, comfortable place with white tile floors and comfortable beds. In-room wi-fi (sometimes pretty slow) and cable tv (CNN only Eng channel), fridge. Excellent same day laundry service. Free tea/coffee table when restaurant is closed. The restaurant staff is friendly and the food quite passable at reasonable prices. Otherwise, a short walk to L'Pelier or the convenience shop down...
