Stayed here in April 2014 for 3 nights as we came up for a wedding in Namibia. It was my husband, myself and our 1 year old. We stayed in one of the luxury rooms and it was so homely and luxurious. The staff were absolutely fantastic, from taking our booking to every moment whilst we were there. The breakfasts... More

We were booked on the Desert Express train for 7 days. We reserved two nights at Belvedere, one before and one after the train trip. What a find! Fantastic rooms, beautiful setting, nice gardens and much more. Reception was friendly and helpful. A taxi was arranged for dinner, and we were upgraded. Breakfast was fantastic. Tasty and a good variety.... More

What a welcome to Namibia and Windhoek. Belvedere hotel was a pleasant surprise, a place of tranquility after our long flight from Perth via Johannesburg. Rooms were fabulous, breakfast was definitely a feast. In hindsight perhaps a two day stay would have been the best place to get rid of our jetlag. Would stay there again.

The Belvedere is a fabulous boutique hotel nestled on beautifully landscaped grounds in a quiet neighbourhood just five minutes drive from shops and restaurants. My young sons and I only stayed one night here, but it was wonderful and we would definitely return. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, we ordered pizza delivered to the hotel, our room... More

Our one night stay here was excellent. The hotel is situated in the suburbs of Windhoek, a short drive from the city centre (10 mins). We had a superior room (Room 3, on first floor) which was spacious, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Lovely bathroom with large freestanding bath and big shower. We had a "cooked to order" breakfast in... More

A beautiful hotel in the middle of Windhoek, with a lush garden and bar area. The pool was big, but was freezing cold. The jacuzzi was even colder. There were 2 little mini-golf courses, perfect for kids. The rooms were modern and fresh. Otherwise, it was a very good hotel.

I can recommend this place with conviction. The service is very good, the facilities top class and the rooms are luxurious and clean. And at the price, I will certainly make this my stay-over destination when in Windhoek for business or pleasure.

We changed our travel plans to allow for another night's stay at Belvedere. This is the epitome of style and luxury. The rooms are not big but are tastefully decorated. The Belvedere is a beautiful hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are several sitting areas around the property and near the swimming pool. The honesty bar is a great idea. I was blown away when I arrived at the Belvedere. The staff were very friendly. They showed me everything I need to know and I loved the "honesty" policy they have when it comes to their alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. I stayed in two different rooms whilst I was there and they were both fantastic. The grounds are immaculate and... More
