“Good choice”

Very good central location; great roof-top bar and lap pool. Large comfortable room with good bathroom (except bath overflow not plumbed in so we had a minor flood). Breakfast generally good, especially the juice bar. A good choice if you are going to windhoek, although the city itself appears to have little to offer the average tourist.

“What is happening to customer care”

Waiting two hours for checking, On a un planned early checkout a 50% penalty was deducted, breakfast was poor and the attitude of some staff was critical I have stayed is many hotels before but never experience this embarressment . Excellent friendly staff, and great accomodations! Cafe downstairs is lovely (although Breakfast was only 3/10). Great convenient spot to hold conferences and meetings! Stunning roof top pool & bar, thank you for a lovely stay!
