Situated close to centre of Winhoek on the road from the airport may not be the best location but it may be a perfect start of a round trip in Namibia. It gives the opportunity to have a short visit of the capital and to have a quiet evening after the long haul flight. There are only three bedrooms but... More

We spend one night the day we arrived and one other night on the day we left. What else can we say other than we were so glad to have stayed there. This is a small and cosy house with only a few rooms. Elisabeth was so welcoming and made our stay memorable. The rooms are very nice, clean and... More

We stayed one night - my family from UK after 19 hours flying, ourselves after 2 days driving from South Africa. We needed to gather our strength for a 2 week camping trek around Namibia and this was the perfect place to do this. The setting is beautiful and relaxing, the accommodation definitely 5* for us and very spacious and... More

We stayed here four nights total in our long trip to Namibia. We used it as a base from which we could explore the city, but also a place to catch our breath after being on the go so much. I cannot say enough good things about Ti Melen! Elizabeth does a great job as the host and the food... More

We had a wonderful stay here. Bianca was friendly and helpful. Absolutely stunning views over the entire area. A huge room and lovely big bathroom, we relaxed in the lap of luxury. Thanks for making our stay so great. And thanks for letting us wash our bikes there - a week's dust and sand gone and we could even see... More

We stayed for our first night in Namibia at Ti Melen. It is easy to find from the airport. The room with view was lovely. We were the only guests so had the place to ourselves. Dinner and breakfast were first rate~far better than expected. The small pool was too cold to go into except dipping in feet. Very quiet.... More

Ti Melen is a great B&B - easily accessed on the edge of the city, on the way to or from the airport. Elizabeth, the manager, is wonderful - welcoming, friendly, efficient and a credit to the establishment. We had dinner there and it was great - highly recommended. We stayed in the suite downstairs - very spacious, comfortable and... More

From our friendly greeting by Elizabeth to our wonderful upstairs room with a view, we were charmed by Ti Melen, with it's slightly colonial come african feel and the ever cheerful and helpful Elizabeth. Breakfasts were outstanding and we always felt right at home.Sitting on our balcony having tea and listening and watching the birdlife was a real treat. It's... More

Ti Melen is a perfect introduction to Africa. We loved arriving from London to a very large and very comfortable bedroom with beautiful balcony and similar mountain views. The bathroom (with a double shower) was enormous. If you're especially keen on Windhoek (is anybody?), you'll think Ti Melen is too far out. It's definitely in the suburbs and you need... More

We spent one night at Ti Melen at the start of our Namibian trip. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and the environment of the B&B is very relaxed. Beautiful and spacious bedrooms with equally large bathrooms (great double shower in our bathroom). Bedrooms have air conditioning which was welcomed after a long day's travel. Great breakfast...
