I stayed at Kiripotib for two weeks in July, 2015. I was there for the astronomy and this farm is just perfect if you are looking for a quiet and relaxed stay, either at the start or end of your trip (it's relatively close to the airport) or for a few nights to truly enjoy the peaceful rest and of... Very pleasant stay at Kripotib for astronomy photography. Personnal were very kind. Only remark on astronomic mount borrowed for astrophotography : GP-DX with FS2 system should be very well balanced (much more than GP-DX with standard vixen motors). GOTO also was a little bit capricious. It is well think for astronomers : breakfast late in the morning, up to 12h,... More

We just loved it all, the accommodation, the hosts, the food, the activities, the guides, the entire concept of a working farm with so many beautiful elements added to your stay. The food was delicious and our chef was the most charming and keen young man every evening introducing the delicious menu. Nigel the botanist who guided our nature walk... More

The Kiripotib Guest Farm was a big disappointment to me and my family (me, my husband and 2 kids 14-years-old). We stayed there last July, only one night. I was so excited, because the farm and its owners are so well commented in TripAdvisor and I expected to have great moments there. However, it was the opposite. It wasn't a... More

The farm experience is a must to capture a fuller picture of Namibian life and its conservation program. The young couple who manage the place were knowledgeable, charming and so hospitable. The food and service were excellent. Not too far from the Windhoek airport and an excellent first night experience in this beautiful country.

About 1.5 hour's drive from Windhoek you will find a self sufficient guest farm in the Kalahari. This cattle and sheep farm also keeps chickens, a vegetable garden and an orchard. The food is lovingly prepared, the wine is excellent and the staff are just so friendly. We stayed for a relaxing break after a safari, time to read, use... More

I visited Kiripotib Guest farm and I loved it. Beautiful setting in the middle of the Kalahari. Great hosts, very good service and nice food. A perfect stay if you like the Kalahari!

I visited Farm Kiripotib with my wife Hannah and absolutely loved it! It is set in the middle of the Kalahari, offers stunning views of the surrounding area, sweeping gras lands that show decades of conservative and sustainable farming principles. The place is originally a commercial Namibian farm and basically produces organic meat (cattle and lamb) - no hormones, stimulants... More

Kiripotib Guest Farm is located about two hours from the Windhoek Airport. The road is tarred until you reach Dordabois (about 1/2 way to the farm) and then the road turns to gravel. Hans and Claudia have owned the farm for 30 years. The unique thing about this farm is the onsite weavery. The rugs are absolutely stunning (made with... More
