I really enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu. The staff was very friendly and professional. My French isn't very good so whenever I needed help at the front desk, they made sure to get a staff member who could communicate easily with me. I ate most breakfasts and dinners at the hotel and the food was very good. The... More

This is supposedly one of the better hotels in Bamako. Spent a week here again and was as disappointed as my previous stay. Nothing has improved. The rooms are still as small and dark as they have always been. Staff is utterly inattentive on the limit of arrogant and rude. Service is dreadfully slow. Staff can regularly be observed at... The hotel was ideal for the reason I was there - which was to attend a meeting for two days. I was warmly received and the room was fine. I got one of the rooms with the balcony overlooking the parking lot - and it is good that one cannot hear the noise outside. Also it is well built that... More

The hotel is fine for a short stay, anything longer than a week and I'd be looking at a more cosy smaller place. It has "security" which is fairly useless, but nice to see it none the less. I stayed in a Business room and benefited from a 4pm check out, standard room guests would have to pay $70 for... More

Stay here fairly regularly and has become my favorite hotel in Bamako. It is not in the main hustle and bustle but personally see this as a good thing. Traffic into town is not bad. Full gym, pool and massage area available. Decent internet, bed and ac. Food is good as well. Brig part of club carlson membership is recommended.

Location is slightly away from city centre. I used to stay in L'Amitie ex Sofitel which had the perfect location in Bamako, so is Hotel Salam. Rooms decent size but please don't focus on detail. I had the shower mul functioning; the provided kettle not working; but the housekeeping do a good job. The space in the hotel itself is... More

This hotel is in a good location in Bamako. Rooms are big and bathroom are nice with bath tub and shower. Breakfast is ok with enough choice and eggs cooked to order. The swiming pool area is not bad but not fantastic. Staff at reception is nice and very efficient.

I spent 9 days at the hotel in early March. Frankly my expectations weren't high given the daily challenges faced by many who live in Mali. With that expectation, I was pleasantly surprised. I had booked a business class room. This included breakfast each morning. The breakfast, if you wished, was cooked to order, the selection was good and certainly... More
