If you are in Tana, Chez Aina is "Home", the place to be! The location is exquisite and the house is cosy and confortable. Aina offers you great breakfast and wonderful dinners..... A true oasis in the confusion of the capital city!. I throughly recommend it! Riccardo Cavallari,

We spent an excellent week, beautiful house, charming staff, delicious food. We were picked up at the airport by a very friendly driver and taken care of during our stay with a lot of care. The house is a bit outside of center but they can arrange transport easily . Highly recommended. Host is interesting, friendly and professional.

We have only been here a day and we are completely charmed. This little home away from home is spotless, secluded, safe (secured gate), right in the centre of Tana within walking distance to everything. The room we have is ensuite (quite lovely bathroom) and opening onto the garden with elegant garden furniture. The wifi is excellent as this review... More

We stayed in one of Aïna's appartments for six weeks right after our arrival to Tana where we will now live for some years. It was a wonderful beginning, with a host who is always ready to help and to give precious advice, her place located at walking distance to the centre and many of the city's highlight places (including... I really enjoyed my stay at Aina in September this year. Full of flowers, cozy and calm with clean rooms and a very nice host, this was the perfect place for me to stay. Especially returning from sometimes hectic Antananarivo center, it is just an oasis. Highly recommend it!

This is a magical place to stay. Right off the airplane we headed to this oasis in the wild city... The staff is very friendly and genuine. Aina is lovely to get to know, someone you wish you were life long friends with. The food, exquisite! The living area is very charming and homey, and clean to boot. Very classy,... More

I've stayed in many places in Tana, but there's no place which offers a tranquil garden setting as this, and has such a special host who goes out her way if there is anything you need. Aina can help you with anything in Tana i'm sure, and this is always comforting if your pressed for time, or like most people... More

We stayed at Chez Aina twice during our adventure in Madagascar. We loved this place, especially liked Aina herself. She greeted us with open arms, had great talks. She saved us from disaster when our reservations near a national park got screwed up. She was just wonderful and her guesthouse was perfect. We meet wonderful interesting guests who were also... When I saw the beautiful setting of the traditional Madagascan residence, I was sure Aina, our host, was an artist. She assured me she wasn't, but I still think she is. Each and every room we saw there, and the divine little garden with its three tortoises were simply and intricately decorated to recreate the calm and serene atmosphere of... More

This was the first place we stayed upon arriving via Paris into Tana in early May 2012. Chez Aina is on the edge of Tana, in a hilly section of town - the local street and driveway winds through steep, old cobblestone streets. Location is about 20-30 mins from the airport, depending on traffic, and it was very quiet for... More
