It have a good middle Class Standard andit was ok there. There was a friendly Employee at eception and fast CheckIn. We spend 2 nights there and can say, that it is a clean and clam Place. This is an extremely expensive hotel by Libyan standards. However, the service and the general feel of the place do not justify that. While the rooms are perfectly acceptable, the location is extremely poor and, as others have mentioned, the surroundings still require a lot of work. I fully agree with the other review, it is a shame to Starwood to open an hotel so badly managed and the personnel completely careless. Although the restaurant is supposed to be a french brasserie, there is no single french dish on the extremely poor menu. More than 2 hours are needed to get the food after being ordered and... More

The hotel is far from the center. You cannot walk anywhere. It is in the middle of a construction site. It is almost not possible to have dinner unless you have two hours time to wait for starter and main course. And this in a empty restaurant. The food would be good. To bad that the place is so bad...
