Rooms are comfortable, free breakfast is excellent, hotel is modern and clean. You can eat upstairs in the Japanese and Thai restaurant and forget you are even in Africa. Management is attentive, responsive, and really push their staff to perform. There are supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance as well, if you want a little less expensive fare. 15 minutes... More

Good location in Monrovia. New hotel, kept clean and nice. Rooms are large, clean and spacious, Staff is friendly and responsive. Breakfast is fine with selection of foods. Excellent chinese restaurant in 4 floor and excellent coffy house in the entrance.

The rooms aren't as cozy, but the food is great, and the owners are lovely. AND again, location is everything - this is now closer to work than Mamba Point, and so I am very happy to have stayed there and will do so again.

Had lunch in the open air cafe at the back of the hotel - good BBQ prawns, chips and salad. It was a hot day and a shame that there was lots of noise coming from compressors and equipment in the next door property.

Very nice hotel. The manager is very helpful and the staff should emulate his work ethic and attitude. Rooms were comfortable, the bathroom could use some extra lighting. Food was good, staff could be more helpful with service.

Great hotel, nice room and good internet. The restaurant on the ground floor has a limited menu so you get tired of it fast and the place is FREEZING the air con is set far too low for comfort. If you smoke stay far away from this place they have made no effort at all for smokers. Standing at the... More

Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms and a great variety of food choices, including a delicious breakfast buffet. The recently renovated dinning room on the fourth floor with the strange name of the "Living Room" has changed from a somewhat institutional, somewhat predictable restaurant to an elegant, beautifully decorated Thai/Japanese restaurant with enough variety that you won't get board even... The hotel is very clean and kept well. The new Thai/Japanese restaurant on the 4th floor is very good. All the staff at the hotel are friendly. Internet connection can be a bit slow especially in the upper floors. Breakfast can be boring, no creative ideas! Coffee shop is expensive but a welcome break in Liberia.

I'v stayed at the Royal Grand several times and have enjoyed every stay. The rooms are well equipped and very comfortable. The hotel staff are very friendly and always willing to accommodate. There are 2 restaurants - 1 offers a breakfast and lunch buffet, and also has a la carte menu options. I wish the breakfast buffet would offer better... More

We stayed there for 4 nights . Rooms were neat and clean and this is one of the best hotel to stay in monrovia. It's good 5* hotel. They had good breakfast menu but as we are vegetarians we didn't had much choice. I suggest that as many people stay there who are vegetarians so please try to provide different... More
