I spent two weeks in this hotel on a business trip (28th Nov - 11th Dec 2015). The hotel is very clean. It has large rooms. The airconditioning was working well in my room all the time. Very few power cuts. They have a good gym. The front office staff is very helpful; they respond immediately if there is any... More

Was there for a short stay with a lot of time spent away from the hotel. However, the room was comfortable and clean. It overlooked the parking so not the best view when I did open the curtains. The bathroom light had no switch - and this was the second room - and when I asked was informed this was... More

Spent a week there on business. Nice clean rooms and some excellent food at the restaurant but a few issues that made the stay a bit annoying the internet connection was poor, the TV was even worse most of the time only one channel was watchable and they had issues with the card machine so i had to scramble to... Before going to Monrovia the first time I was expecting that this might be the best class of hotel there. However, I knew better on my second trip and was disappointed by the Palm Spring even though it was very convenient for my purposes. The hotel is located right on the ocean, but for some reason doesn't face it. The... More

Palm Spring Resort has comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a decent restaurant. If staying in Monrovia for a spell, the location of this hotel is relatively peaceful yet still sufficiently practical. It also serves as a good place to have people meet you. Although this hotel is a little ways from downtown Monrovia, time-consuming commutes are a fact of life... More

The hotel has all the makings of a good hotel! Good rooms, nice restaurant , excellent view. However the Internet was erratic or at best non functional, got locked out of the room because magnetic card reader on the door malfunctioned and had to wait for repairman from outside the hotel to fix it. The front office staff were friendly, however... More

in the last two years I have stayed here at least three times and the experience gets better with every stay. Try their Chinese restaurant which stays opened till very late. Breakfast is something to die for over looking the Atlantic Ocean. The staff are friendly and know how to make you feel at home all the time.

I guess when you've seen the worse in africa...a part of you thinks all countries will be the same, but the Palm spring hotel is not that bad at all...Maybe 3 star in our world but here it's a 5 star, it's clean, and the staff are all friendly, did I mention the rooms are clean?

I lodged in Palm Spring for a week and I could not resist their sumptous grilled seafood for dinner. The hotel's rooms were particularly cleaned and well maintained. Though several parts of the hotel are under construction, the functional parts such as the restaurant, casino and the bars operate optimally with courteous staff.

I recently returned from Liberia where I was involved in the Ebola response and stayed in Palm Springs while in transit in Monrovia. Very comfortable bed, clean room, hot shower, free wifi and breakfast (with good range of choices), friendly service. Highly recommended!
