I guess when you've seen the worse in africa...a part of you thinks all countries will be the same, but the Palm spring hotel is not that bad at all...Maybe 3 star in our world but here it's a 5 star, it's clean, and the staff are all friendly, did I mention the rooms are clean?

I lodged in Palm Spring for a week and I could not resist their sumptous grilled seafood for dinner. The hotel's rooms were particularly cleaned and well maintained. Though several parts of the hotel are under construction, the functional parts such as the restaurant, casino and the bars operate optimally with courteous staff.

I recently returned from Liberia where I was involved in the Ebola response and stayed in Palm Springs while in transit in Monrovia. Very comfortable bed, clean room, hot shower, free wifi and breakfast (with good range of choices), friendly service. Highly recommended!

The customer service is great. The workers made it different..very hospitable, friendly and accomodating...Excellent food and room service.Great location! When ever I am in Liberia, there is no other hotel I rather be but at the Palm Spring. I will always recommend that hotel.

Palm spring hotel is a wonderful place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle. It's quite and has beautiful restaurant. The food especially breakfast is wonderful with lots of traditional/African delicacies. The rooms are spacious with the comfort and luxuries of a standard hotel. The staff are friendly and warm...no pool though.

We came to Liberia on a Christian Missions trip for 3 weeks and didn't stay at the Palm Spring Resort but we stayed next door at a family member's home our entire stay BUT we did go to the Palm Spring Resort several days for Breakfast and Lunch and while doing so, we got a chance to view the inside... My favourite hotel in Liberia great food, great staff, and great location. It's worth it. I stayed here in Nov 2013. I don't have anything to complain about. Unfortunately, my room did not face the ocean but still a great room.

The hotel is located at quite some distance from the city center and consequently you're quite much stuck in the hotel, the restaurant and the casino. The staff is very friendly, the room are proper, hot water in the showers and everything else is functioning. My room was on the fourth floor, but there is no elevator! Since the hotel... More

Spacious and clean rooms. Staffs are not overly friendly. Food is expensive without being good and the place is far from about everything. I didn't like the atmosphere and finally moved over to Moko's. Didn't regret it.

I resently travelled in Liberia for getting to know the K-12 education situation in the Country. During the stay we, The teachers without borders, kept Palm Spring Hotel as our base camp to see Bahn refugee camp school and schools in Ganta. During our 8 night trip Palm Springs Resort was a heaven with friendly personel, good breakfast, clean and... More
