It is an average hotel, not worth the money. It is situated on a hill with beautiful views of the city and the landscape. But, the service is poor, the staff is not that helpful and is not well-informed. I was in an executive room and there was no minibar there. The room was noisy; I could hear all the... More

This hotel is decidedly average. I have stayed here many times and each time there is a less-than-perfect aspect. However, there's really no other place to stay in Maseru as a business traveler so I keep coming back. The pros are that there is a well-appointed gym, the rooms are clean, and the wifi is strong in the lobby. The... More

Not many options in Maseru, it's a decent business hotel. The staff was not very helpful, but the room was clean. It was a very average hotel. Wifi access was not included in our rate, the wifi was okay, you could do emails but it was not very fast. It is very close to the government offices, so if you... More

Whislt a well situated hotel the actual expereince is very poor and not worth the money. Rooms - small with two single beds, terrible pillows, a shower that spryed in all directions except down, a TV that was very badly tuned to a very odd selction of satellite channels Service - Receptionists rude and unhelpful. Policies - very odd ones... More

Good clean and comfortable room. Buffet breakfast and dinner was good. Was supplied with a fridge on request. Staff were very helpful. Hotel is located on a hill so the we had a great view of Maseru. We were there on business so the location was ideal for us because all the government departments were a short distance from the... More

If you are a vegetarian: beware! There really are no vegetarian options despite all the menus available online indicating that there are. The room I stayed in had a view of the air conditioning units and was quite noisy. It was clean and average sized. The bathroom had a worry drain smell and the shower was faulty. Also, a hotel... Spent three days here - clean rooms, friendly staff and reasonable meals. A tip - take your own bottled water to your room! The Asian restaurant is recommended, had a lovely meal. An overall good experience, will stay here again.

This is a terrible hotel, very stingy and with poor service. The room was tiny and had no glass, no bottled water, the coffee maker was dirty and the towels were the size of hand towels. The morning I left reception missed my wake-up call and the receptionist was sleeping in the back office!

Stayed one night on business. Staff were very friendly, the room comfortable and clean. The hot and cold water connections in room 417 are reversed. At first I thought no hot water in the hand basin until I realised the error. Buffet dinner and breakfast offered a wide selection of well prepared food. Had to request milk/coffee creamer in the... I stayed in the Lesotho Sun in February for a week. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and the room was beautiful. The meals were of the highest standard. The lobby was a great place to sit and relax with several sofas. It has a little shop that sells everything such as local art work and souvenirs, daily papers and... More
