“Restaurant service, terrible”

Stayed for few days here. The rooms are ok(clean, air conditioned) BUT the problem is customer care. Some of the ladies at the reception are abit rude-Quite unfriendly. Now, the restaurant is the main problem.Its either a problem of lack of training, overworked or ignorance. Its more terrible during breakfast. There is one of the girls there always mump(stony face).... More

Let me start by saying that if you want to visit Ghana you would'nt want to stay at this hotel as there are much better places to stay, for example, the Golden Tulip Hotel which is far superior in every way ! I had no choice but to stay at the Largus Fort Hotel as i was booked into it... More
