Unprofessional staff, front desk personel are busy with themselves, you have to call for attention. Rooms spacious but poor amenities. Overpriced for what it is but in Accra you could do a lot worse. Variable service (from first class to dire) depending on the staff member although in fairness the vast majority of the staff deserve a big thumbs up. Tolerable if you remind yourself you are in W.Africa - even if the prices are OTT.

La villa boutique hotel in the swanky district of Osu in Accra is a breadth of fresh air, its decor and atmosphere offers guests the chance to unwind amidst the hustle and bustle of city life yet its location also promotes peace and quiet. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family home and abroad.

What a remarkable hotel! Stylish, spacious, comfortable bedrooms, with wifi and excellent bathroom facilities, everything impeccably clean.
