This hotel has been booked by the customer for 12 days. Large room, very clean, quiet, good breakfast with acceptable choice for western citizen but as I known very well Accra and has private car with driver I didn't eat at the restaurant for dinner. In resume : to stay at Accra, good ratio Quality/Price and will use again this... More

Oki-ish but not at this price albeit. Rooms are basic but faded. Food not great. Internet patchy. Service below average. Simple things like replacing shower heads, replacing curtains, a repaint and better furniture would make a difference but there seems to be no interest from management to do better. Problem is that there is nothing better In the immediate area... More

I stayed in this hotel twice, for almost 3 weeks in total, during a work trip in April and May 2014. The hotel is very good, a little overpriced maybe, with pleasant and helpful staff, if you treat them like human beings and not as slaves. We were asked to make a down payment, wired USD 4500 and emailed and faxed the bank transfer confirmation to the Sales Manager. Four days later we were informed: sorry we have... More

Good facility with very friendly staff who were always at hand to help, answer questions, give information and sometimes ask us questions (which I felt was a way of making the us feel at home). The room was clean and very comfortable. Chef Williams was particularly nice and he sometimes came out to speak with guests and ask them if... More
