The Rising Phonix has turned into The Falling Phonix. Rooms are worn out, furniture is broken, toilet is filthy, most staff are tired. And there are too guys hanging around smoking... The restaurant menu and receptionist Brown are though very nice. But since everything else is long gone. We don't recommend going here.

We stayed for two nights at The Rising Phoenix before leaving from Accra.
