- Highly recommend this hotel for short or very long stays if in the capital for consultancies/projects/business trips. The staff is like family and will do anything in their power to make your stay in the capital very enjoyable and to make you discover their fascinating culture. Extremely nice staff and owners. - The spa and the gym are just... More

We lead mission trips to Ethiopia each year and the Siyonat hotel goes above and beyond to make these trips enjoyable. They have become like family! The rooms are comfortable and clean. The service is amazing. We look forward each trip to returning and staying there. The location is wonderful as well.

The hotel is definitely showing wear and tear, but basically clean. Water pressure in bathroom was a major inconvenience. Showering with barely more than a trickle of water was a most uncomfortable experience. Staff was helpful when problems are presented to them clearly. Many dining options and a minimart within a stone's throw away, and the area safe to walk... More

Having spent some time in Ethiopia before, i was disapointed with Hotel Siyonat. The difficulty is that the staff are so friendly and so nice and they really want to help and mean well but they are reactive rather than proactive to problems. We had 15 guests staying here and they were very accommodating and flexible which we really appreciated.... More

Relative to other hotels in the city, the Siyonat is an absolute Gem ! Very friendly staff, a well equipped gym, reliable internet and a good location all add to it being a great hotel. Reasonable value for money as well

I stayed at Siyonat and was a bit concerened about the noise because its right at the centre of bole-that was not a problem in the end. The hotel is a great place to stay with a well equiped gym. The staff are also very friendly. My only concern is that the tv is too small if you fancy watching... More

This hotel is in Bole area, very close to the airport! Hotel management and staff are very friendly and accommodating! Manager will do his best to give you a competitive rate. They offer free shuttle service to or from the airport and they offered to pick us up at the bus station since we were coming by bus (which is... More
