I stayed in this property for good three days...a very bitter story to tell. I was tempted by their beautiful advert at the airport on my arrival in addis: a handsome young guy welcomed us and took us to their airport shuttle finally to the hotel. Where we had a terrible nights dirty beds, poor and expensive dinner. I had... More

If you do not want to ruin your stay in Addis Ababa, please do not ever stay in this "hotel". Poor food, poor service, unstable wifi, even no trash bin in the room. There was only one electric connector - so I want to watch TV, fridge has to be plugged off. And you have to pay almost USD 100...

As many already wrote before our stay was also organized as a Transit Hotel by Ethiopean Airways. The transport to the hotel went well in a shuttle. It was interesting to see a bit of town. The surroundings of the Hotel didn't look trustworthy, i was glad that all transport was organized and we didn't need to worry. The room... More

I slept 2 nights in this hotel, in different weeks, because I had a long layover in Addis Ababa. When I asked for the wifi password, the front desk lady said "first go have your dinner, than I give you the password". I was like "what?" Anyway, I did what she told me. Cold dinner, and the food was not... More

I too got the hotel booked by ET, it's not too bad, the staff are friendly enough, the room is nice, food was nice but not a large variety to choose from, it looks old fashioned on the inside (like a 1970s hotel), wifi is working fine, the key is unbelievably heavy (3-5kgs)

I stayed here while in transit with Ethiopian Airways. After arriving at the hotel we were told that there would be a buffet dinner served courtesy of the airline which was kind of them to do. The food was average quality but there wasn't enough quantity to feed bus loads of hotel guests as they arrived, they were constantly running... More

Where do i even start , this hotel is poorly managed . It seems to have seen better days , this hotel is located in a shabby neighbourhood , i didn't even try to go out since i was just staying overnight . the interior of the building looks nice but it definitely needs renovation urgently The staff is very... Ethiopian Airlines puts its economy passengers here when they have to pay for your layover. Gold and Silver United cardholders get put up in the Nexus or Friendship. I got a free night, dinner and breakfast because my layover was 12 hours. Didn´t need a visa. Ethipoina Airlines has this down to a science. They even arrange transfers for you... More

I had the misfortune of stopping in the Hotel De Loepol international in Addis Ababa to have a cup coffee and use the wifi. Big mistake on my part. The Wifi is the sorriest in the neighborhood. And they attempted to charge a tax of 15% , a service charge of 10% to which I agreed ,but then they also... More
