Oasis Atlantico Praiamar (Praia, Santiago Island, Cape Verde) is a horrible hotel. Decrepit infrastructure. Outrageous prices. We had to check over 6 rooms to find 1 with functioning air conditioning. Hotel phones in most rooms did not work. The safety boxes’ locks were broken. There was no hot water. The TV channels were broken up. 1 hour of internet cost... more

This is a simple and clean B & B in the historical centre of Praia. Breakfast is poor though (assorted dry and stale white breads). This hotel was fine for our purposes as a stopover flying to Fogo. Praia is not very nice... more
