I liked the way the room was partitioned. It gave feeling of being home away from home. There is a feeling of staying in a house i.e. there is living/dining,kitchen,bathroom and bedroom space dermacation.

Thank you for your support and your positive comments. Our suites are generally very well received due to the fact that they resemble small apartments. Should you ever travel with your family please also note that we also have two-bedroomed units available. We look forward to your continued support. Kind regards, Antoinette Starke Operations Manager More

I stayed at the Mondior for 3 nights while on a business trip. I really don't think I will stay anywhere else in Gaborone. Excellent service with the most happy and friendly staff in Botswana! Their rooms are enormous and you cannot want for anything else. The main downside is food is all done from the News Cafe on site... More

What a lovely review to read! Compared to the average hotel room we most certainly do have the most spacious rooms in town. You will be very pleased to note that we are introducing a breakfast buffet. Construction commences on the 18th August 2014 and should be complete in early October. Kindly let us know when next you are in... More

Well positioned with comfortable room. I found it expensive taking into account the service offered. Found the traffic and big pump station below my window a bit noisy at night. Friendly people and good overall experience will see me back soon.

I had a particularly bad experience at this hotel, and it was not handled well by poorly trained staff. I in fact did not pay the bill and after a conversation with the General Manager agreed to go back and give a second chance. The hotel is not bad at all but is plagued with staff that are not properly... More

Dear Rob, I am so embarrassed for taking so long to respond to your review. Although it is never nice to receive negative feedback, sometimes it is exactly what we need. It forces us to critically review our own performance and the proficiency of our team. We can only improve from here. I know that Kevin our General Manager would... More

Self-driving as an overseas tourist has its challenges. The location of this hotel eased that pressure in Gaborone including easy parking. Clean, comfortable and friendly; all one could ask for. Onsite food outlet was good value too.

Quite close to the Government enclave and the main mall this smallish hotel has a lovely feel with its indoor gardens. It has a small pool but no restaurant. instead the News Cafe is in the same grounds where you can get breakfast and other meals. I was told to avoid weekends as the bar can get noisy. I was... More

this was my first stay , I was impressed with the friendly welcome and efficient check in service. The location, service , cleanliness, value, sleep quality and rooms are very good. For the room i was in i suggest a sleeper couch would be more appropriate, Everything else was perfect and would recommend it to family and friends.
