Reasonable check in procedure, bit slow and detailed form filling was a pain. (why make it compulsory to get my home tel number and birthdate?). This hotel was a pleasant surprise, as was Gaborone itself. The staff in the reception was helpful, efficient and smiling. The room was big and comfortable with a perfect bed. I did not have breakfast but the News Café looked more practical than charming. More
