Spacious comfortable suite. We enjoyed tea and coffee at sunset on our private patio while watching the zebras and cape buffalo at a watering hole and laughing at the baboons swinging in the trees. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with gardens and koi ponds. On the early morning game drives we saw elephants (which we got to ride), giraffes, cape... More

Although build to look like a charming, turn-of-the century property, The Stanley and Livingstone is only 10 or so years old, with all the conveniences of a luxury modern resort. The grounds are beautifully maintained....and we enjoyed watching the animals, and many birds, stopping by the watering hole, all hours of the day. The fact that this is also a... More

Beautiful natural scenery and wildlife up close and exciting matched with outstanding accommodations and gracious service Duplex "huts" are special. Great comfort and opportunity to see black rhinos - up with the sun to go out and view animals in close proximity of the safari vehicles. Return for wonderful buffet breakfast on the terrace looking at the animals who have... More

Beautiful colonial spacious rooms, very romantic. Everyone was friendly, helpful and accommodating assisting us in the best experience. The food was divine. The morning game ride and breakfast out in the bush was memorable. This is our first trip to Zimbabwe and I believe the Stanley Livingstone experience has made this an unforgettable holiday. A MUST to do if you... More

From the time I arrived at Stanley and Livingstone hotel, I felt comfortable knowing that if I had questions, someone was nearby to answer them. The property was well situated to be able to sit in privacy on my deck or take a short walk to watch zebra and other animals come to the water below the lodge to drink.... More

I have just spend 3 nights at the Stanley and Livingstone This place is fairly expensive but really worth it From the moment we arrived, the staff could not do enough. The lodges are facing a water area. This place had the nearly all the animals coming to drink there. Elephants, zebra, giraffe, Kudu, Impala, baboons and more. All viewed... More

I went on a game drive at Stanely and Livingstone. Our time was limited because it was a business trip but we saw lots of animals in only 2 hours. The place is so rich in wildlife. We saw giraffes, zebra, elephants , baboons, warthog , black rhino, kudu, impala and hippo. There are also lots of birds. Our guide... More

The property is of a very high standard - authentic detail in the decoration is remarkable and it really is like stepping back into a very stylish home where either Stanley or Livingstone might have lived. The grounds are magnificent - and overlooks water holes and Game coming and going. It is a very tranquil place. The service was attentive... More

What a special place! Great staff, good good, game drives on the property - big 5 all present, including black rhinos. We sat on our veranda and watched the animals come to the watering hole 50 meters away. Spacious two room suites - I would recommend unequivocally.
