There is a lot to like here but sadly the poor service in the restaurant is the lasting memory. We had 7 meals here and only 2 were memorable for the right reasons ( thanks you Ropa ). The view from the restaurant is great with miscellaneous animals visiting throughout the day but the service, in the main, was either... More

We spent only one night at the Safari Lodge but it certainly was memorable. We arrived in the late afternoon after a long journey and neglected to book a table in the restaurant. When time came for the meal the staff were most apologetic that they couldn't seat us in the restaurant and offered to set us up in the... More

Situated in front of a waterhole so you can view the animals coming & going. They feed the vulchers once daily which is great to watch, this wasn't advertised by the hotel, forunately a traveller told us about it. Would have been an attraction to inform guests of. The lodge didn't look as good as it does in the pictures.... More

We stayed 3 nights. From your room we saw the herds of elephants, buffaloes, impalas kudos and much more. The rooms are average. Mosquitoes are present in the room, even under the net. Check before sleeping.

The Vic Falls Saf lodge is located about ten minutes away from the Falls but is a lovely property with a large waterhole frequented by ellies, Maribu cranes, warthog, kudu and many other animals. They have a nice bar which is a good place to watch the sun set and have a sundowner. The rooms are spacious and have a... More

Victoria Falls Safari lodge was recommended by a Zimbabwean travel agent. I was a bit unsure as i tend to go by reviews but she was so insistent that it was the best place for a family so we went. It was absolutely amazing. The welcome was out of this world with Nephat Ncube giving us the traditional Ndebele-Zimbabwean greeting... More

This place is wonderful, mostly and first and foremost for their view over the plains and the waterhole. You can see animals around most of the day and it is stunning. Sitting on the deck and watching the sun go down with that view is something you wont forget very soon. Our rooms were small but still nice, very well... More

Just got back - we stayed at the Safari Club annex - absolutely fantastic suites and staff - can't find a single fault (other than the bar was shut when we got back from dinner after 10.00, but even then the kitchen staff helped us run a raid on it!) Food at main Lodge fantastic - we didn't sample "Boma",... More

A perfect location from which to visit the Victoria Falls; it is only a short hop from the Falls (on a regular shuttle bus provided by the hotel) but with the added advantage of being situated on the edge of a watering hole so you can view elephants etc from your room or from the restaurant or pool. The hotel... More

Beautiful setting on hill overlooking a watering hole. First class amenities an outstanding service. Boma was excellent with a wide variety of foods, native music and dancing. Don't miss a drink in the bar while looking at animals.
